Now Trump's Wisconsin Operations Push for BIG Voting Changes

President Trump’s Wisconsin campaign is pushing for major voting changes in the state as Republicans work to boost their chances in the state.

A list of items the Trump organization, now run by Matt Brouillette, is pushing for included getting rid of polls in rural areas and allowing voters to walk into the polls. The group also wants to reduce the number of days for early voting and moves local elections to coincide with presidential.

The ideas are similar to those pushed by other political organizations with pro-Trump ties. Trump-Tied groups including Americans for Prosperity and Americans for Prosperity – Great America Alliance raised more than $3 million in Wisconsin last year.

This comes as Trump, after his visit to the state Saturday, faces enormous pressure to deliver. The president’s team has pushed to win Wisconsin, which despite Trump’s upset victory in 2016 is represented by a Democrat in Congress, has has struggled with difficult territory and has lost three straight gubernatorial elections.

The New York Times reported the president has not scheduled a return trip to Wisconsin, but will instead travel to Iowa to speak in Cedar Rapids.
