Federico Alba might be the wildest golf coach in Europe, and many a star has paid him lip service for confessing that he teaches popular reality TV stars, real-life crime fighter brothers known as The White Knights, and two competitors on the Italian version of The Apprentice.
Alongside them is former banker and one-time heir to the Alfonse Gattuso banking family, which now heads the building and property section of the biggest bank in Sicily, Republic Banca Popolare di Rimini.
Like the bank, it is controlled by the Falcone-Andrade clan which according to the ANSA news agency changed its names – Falcone and Andrade are said to have used pseudonyms – in 2003.
Paolo Crollo, who is the owner of one of the city’s top estate agencies, said: “Federico’s work is fascinating. He has an unusual way of getting people to do things.”
Federico, 49, who was born in Cosenza in Sicily, has also been seen working with porn stars and athletes, including men who earned a place in “Italy’s controversial version of Dancing with the Stars”.
